Wells Fargo commercial card holders are able to view their credit card statement and personal banking information online via the Wells Fargo Corporate card's mobile application. Upon entering a credit card number, the user is prompted for additional information such as the name and address of the customer. After taking a snapshot of an electronic receipt with an Android smartphone, iPad or iPhone, Wells Fargo corporate customers then log on to the CEO Mobile account, click on Wells Fargo Commercial Credit Expense Tracking (CCET) options, and upload the receipt. Upon reviewing the report, cardholders will be able to see all of the account activity, such as charges incurred and the amount of funds used, along with any late payments or over-limit charges.
Many credit card companies allow their cardholders to view their bank statements online, but Wells Fargo provides a simple online access portal that has access to a wide variety of account information, including account statements, balance reports, statement history, and statements with contact information, as well as the ability to manage all accounts online. In addition, the cardholder can view their financial status online by accessing a Wells Fargo Commercial Credit Online Manager that allows the user to see their payment history, income, current balances, recent transactions, credit reports, and more.
The online account manager also allows users to manage multiple checking accounts, debit cards, business loans, and savings accounts through a single interface. The Wells Fargo Corporate card can be linked to an email address, so users will have easy access to their email communications. Users also can monitor their accounts online, manage their account balances, add new account holders, transfer funds between accounts, and business partners, track business expenses, and print their quarterly statement.
Users may choose to pay with cash, credit, check, or a combination of both, if they so choose, but most consumers do not have a checking account set up with a checking account with Wells Fargo. Instead, most credit card users elect to use their credit card to make payments online.
Another feature available with the Wells Fargo mobile credit is the “My Account” section, which provide cardholders with detailed account information, such as account balances, account status, payment history, credit limits, account history, and account balance. The “My Account” section can be accessed from any phone with a web browser or the Wells Fargo Corporate Card Mobile application.
As of early 2020, the Wells Fargo Mobile App for mobile devices allows consumers to create virtual accounts using their mobile phones as traditional accounts. The application provides a way for cardholders to open, close, update, and manage multiple accounts.
